OPEN ENROLLMENT TRANSFER APPLICATIONS ARE NOW DUE FOR THE 2009-2010 SCHOOL YEAR
School to School Transfer Applications are due no later than
Tuesday, December 1, 2009
- Applicants: Students who live in the Clovis Unified School District Boundaries. Students on current Intradistrict Transfers for the 2009-2010 must apply for Open Enrollment to continue at their school of choice. Incoming kindergarteners are not eligible to apply.
- Length of transfer: Once granted, Open Enrollment Transfers are valid through the 12th grade and follow approved boundaries. There is no annual renewal.
- Application: Available at any CUSD School Site or Student Services and School Attendance (1465 David E. Cook Way, Clovis, 93611)

Please note that all 7th through 12th grade transfer students may be subject to a period of athletic ineligibility. Please contact the CUSD Co-Curricular Office (327-9227) or your school’s athletic director for information regarding athletic eligibility and CIF Guidelines.
All transfer students are required to provide their own transportation to and from school.
Open Enrollment applications, once accepted, remain valid until a new transfer is granted, a family relocates to a home outside of their current High School Attendance Area, until the student is enrolled in a secondary school due to Open Enrollment that also matches their home residence, or until the student discontinues enrollment within the Clovis Unified School District (Clovis Online Charter School enrollment will discontinue a student’s Open Enrollment to a comprehensive Clovis Unified School).
